Order Processing Time
- Processing Period: All orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. This includes order verification, payment confirmation, and preparation for production.
- Important Note: Once your order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed—no exceptions.
Order Production Time
- After processing, it takes approximately 1 week to craft your luxurious braids. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Shipping & Delivery
- Local Orders (Within Canada/USA): Typically 3 to 7 business days.
- International Orders: Generally 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Tracking
- After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your order’s status and estimated delivery date.
Important Notes
- Unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, supply chain disruptions, or customs delays may impact processing and shipping times. We will notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their packages once shipped. If your order has not been delivered within two weeks after placing it, please inform us promptly. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages after this period.
- All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Fraud Prevention
To prevent credit card fraud, certain orders may require ID verification before shipment. If your billing, banking, or credit card details do not match the information on record with the credit card processor, we may request additional information. For first-time customers, we may also reach out to confirm your identity as the cardholder.
